Lesa Hardiman, Director of Operations
Lesa is a Director of Operations and has worked in the healthcare field for 15 years where she held several leadership positions. In addition to her experience in the health care field, Lesa has held executive leadership positions for large nonprofits in West Michigan. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Master’s Degrees in Communications and Public Administration. Lesa’s responsibilities include: client acquisition, client retention, network marketing, and operations.
Lesa has a passion for serving others, and sits on local city and community boards. She is passionate about developing talent in others, and growing a new generation of leaders and civic minded individuals. Lesa is the key point of contact for clients, referral sources, and the broader community.
Valarie Cook, Health Care Liaison
Valarie Cook has been working in the Senior Care industry for 4 years working in both residential services and home care. With the close relationship that she had with her Grandma growing up, it was a natural fit to move from a background in Hospitality Management to Senior Care. Valarie has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Management from Northwood University and considers herself a lifelong learner. Valarie has held several management and leadership positions in her career that have led to many great working relationships with community leaders. Valarie is a board member for the Forest Hills Business Association, an Ambassador with the Grand Rapids Area Chamber, and Chair for the 3rd Friday’s Networking Lunch for the Wyoming/Kentwood Area Chamber, a member of the Passion Committee for the American Heart Association. She has the desire to help in any way she can, and that leads her directly to doing that in her position with Home Care Assistance.
Loren Dunning, Business Development Manager
Loren is a highly experienced business manager with more than 20+ years of experience in the corporate and healthcare sector holding a variety of positions. Loren has provided leadership and strategic planning in real estate property management, facilities project management, and sales and marketing.
In her role as Business Development Manager, Loren will be responsible for new client acquisition and managing referral marketing and community outreach programs. In addition, Loren is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the community to generate brand awareness and building our client base as well as developing strategic community partnerships.
Tiffany Lafree, Administrative Support Assistant
As Administrative Support Assistant, Tiffany provides personal assistance and a full range of administrative and clerical support to the Home Care Assistance office and within the community to vulnerable persons living in their own homes. Tiffany maintains and implements administrative functions for department projects and community activities. In addition, she manages all social media for Home Care Assistance and provides personal support and health services to clients served.
Hallie Rimmer, Client Care Supervisor
As Client Care Supervisor Hallie is responsible for ensuring the smooth ongoing care of our clients. Her core responsibilities are hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of caregiving staff. She works with the Client Care Manager to ensure high quality Home Care services are delivered.
Hallie has been a part of our team for 12 years. She considers her work to be more of a ministry than a job. Her service-based mindset shines through to all those she interacts with. She is a favorite in the field, and now Hallie brings her caring nature to her role in leading others. Hallie is also on call 24/7 to serve our clients any day and any time.
